1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Deliciae Detailing, operated by Noah Schultheiss (Einzelfirma), located in 6537 Grono, Switzerland. By booking a service, the customer accepts these terms.

2. Services Provided

Deliciae Detailing offers high-end detailing for private aircraft, including interior and/or exterior cleaning. Specific service scope, pricing, and timing will be agreed upon individually with the client.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be made via phone or email. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For no-shows or late cancellations, a cancellation fee of 50% of the expected service cost may be charged.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in CHF and include applicable VAT if relevant. Invoices are due within 8 days unless otherwise agreed. Deliciae Detailing reserves the right to demand advance payment for new clients.

5. Liability

Deliciae Detailing exercises the highest care in all services. However, no liability is assumed for pre-existing damage, or damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Data Privacy

Only data necessary for service delivery, invoicing, and customer communication is collected. Data is never shared with third parties unless required by law. Please see our [Privacy Policy] for full details.

7. Travel & Access

The client is responsible for ensuring access to the aircraft and, if needed, necessary permits. Travel within Switzerland is possible upon agreement and travel fees.

8. Intellectual Property

The Deliciae logo, brand identity, and content may not be copied, used, or reproduced without express written consent.

9. Final Provisions

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Grono, Switzerland.
